Mobile & Online Banking Changes (Prince George Members)

Starting April 24, you will have access to a new digital experience for mobile app, online banking, and small business online banking.

Mobile Banking App Updates

You’ll need to download the Interior Savings Credit Union mobile app and delete the Spruce mobile app from your mobile device.

The Interior Savings Credit Union mobile app is available on both Apple and Android devices:

Once downloaded, you can simply use your membercard number and Personal Access Code (PAC) to log in.
(Please note, you'll need to reset your PAC before logging in for the first time)

The first time you log in you’ll be prompted to set up 2-Step Verification, an enhanced security feature to protect your account. It sends you a single-use verification code by SMS or email to confirm your identity if an unusual login is detected.

Interac e-Transfer®

The integration will affect Interac e-Transfer functionality in a number of ways:

  • Profile – You will need to set up a new Interac e-Transfer profile after the integration.

  • Sending & Receiving - You will not be able to send or receive Interac e-Transfers during the integration period, so please ensure you accept any pending transfers before April 19 and send any planned transfers before April 17.

  • Autodeposit– You will need to re-register to use this feature after April 23, as your settings will not transfer during the integration.

  • Recipients List – You will need to re-enter your list of recipients into the system, as it will not carry forward. To make this easier, we recommend recording the list prior to the integration

  • Pending TransactionsOutgoing transfers that are still pending after April 19 will not carry over during the integration. To avoid the need to resend, please remind recipients to accept your transfer before April 19.

  • Money Requests – You will need to ensure any requests for money are fulfilled prior to April 19. If left incomplete, you will need to resend your request after the system integration

Account Naming

Your account numbers will change post-integration (please visit the Account Changes page for more details). This means that, after April 23, you will see new account numbers in your online and mobile banking, as well as on your bank statements.

To ensure you can easily identify your accounts, we recommend giving them a nickname you will easily recognize prior to the integration, such as Vacation Fund or Chequing Account. You can do this by going to “My Accounts” and clicking “Rename an Account” within your online or mobile banking

Transaction History

Going forward, online banking transaction history will be held for three years. However, you will be able to view older e-Statements as these will continue to be available.
