We require our members to update their Personal Access Code (PAC) regularly. Learn how to change or reset your (PAC) to keep your account safe.
Use a PAC that differs from your other banking, email, and social media accounts.
Click the button below 'Reset PAC' or follow these steps on how to reset your PAC in Online Banking.
1. Click the Online Banking login button.
2. Click 'Forgot your PAC?' link to the right hand side of the PAC field.
3. Enter your MEMBER CARD® debit card number, click Continue.
4. Complete the Verify Your Identity section. Enter your new Strong PAC, click Continue.
