PERSONAL ACCESS CODE

We require our members to update their Personal Access Code (PAC) annually. Learn how to change or reset your (PAC) to keep your account safe.

Change/Update Your PAC in Online Banking

  1. Login to Online Banking.
  2. In the left-hand navigation, select 'Profile and Preferences'.
  3. Under Profile and Preferences, select 'Change Personal Access Code'.
  4. Enter your current PAC, followed by the new PAC and click 'Submit' to save your changes. 
  5. Your PAC is now updated.

Change/Update Your PAC in the Mobile App

  1. Login to the Interior Savings banking app.
  2. Select the 'Settings' icon.
  3. Select 'Change Personal Access Code' from the options.
  4. Enter your current PAC, followed by the new PAC and click 'Save' to save your changes. 
  5. Your PAC is now updated.

Tips for Creating a Strong PAC

  • Your PAC must include at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number and be between 8 to 30 characters long. Please note, previoulsy used PACs cannot be repeated.
  • The following special characters ! # $ ’ ( ) , - . / : ? @ \ | are also permitted, but are optional
  • To help protect your account, avoid using names, dates or numbers tied to your identity (such as birthday, family name, pets, street).
  • Use a PAC that differs from your other banking, email, and social media accounts.
  • Creating a complex but memorable sentence or sequence of words and numbers will make it harder for others to guess your PAC.

Forgot Your Password?

Click the link below or follow these steps on how to reset your PAC in Online Banking.

  1. Click the Online Banking tab.
  2. Click the Forgot your PAC? link to the right hand side of the PAC field.
  3. Enter your MEMBER CARD® debit card number and click Continue.
  4. Complete the Verify Your Identity form and questions. Enter your new Strong PAC and click Continue.
