Will I have to come in-person for an interview?

No, we are an organization that embraces the opportunity to be innovative, creative and leverage technology. If you are contacted for an interview, there will be options for us to connect through video or telephone.

How can I prepare for the interview?

Spend time getting to know more about Interior Savings and the job you applied for and have questions prepared about the position or the organization to ensure a good fit. Prior to the interview, test your technology to ensure that the video conferencing program is functioning properly. Dress professionally if connecting through video and answer questions clearly and succinct.
