E-Statements

Instead of getting  your account statements in the mail, you can access them online once you’re logged in. You’ll get an alert each month  when your statement is available. No more paper, no more filing simply login to your online banking and select View e-Statements.

Why Choose E-Statements?

  • E-Statements will be available to members more quickly after month-end than mailed statements.
  • Since E-Statements will be housed on Online Banking, you can view them wherever you have Internet access. You can even view cheque images.
  • E-Statements will be available online for up to 7 years - lots of history and no more shoe boxes needed.*
  • E-Statements are better for the environment. There’s no envelope required – plus no extra resources used for printing, processing and mailing. And your filing cabinet will thank you.

Remember, to get E-Statements you have to be signed up for online banking. If you are not currently signed up for online banking, please contact your branch for assistance.

Did you know you can download your E-Statement in a range of formats:

The following formats are available for downloading:

  • PDF
  • Quicken (QFX)
  • QuickBooks (QBO)
  • Microsoft Money (OFX)
  • Sage 50 Accounting
  • Comma Delimited Text

Follow these easy steps:

  • Log into your online banking
  • Under ‘My Accounts’
    • Select the account you wish to view
  • Under ‘Advanced Options’ tab
    • Click and select ‘Format’ bar
    • Choose the download version you require e.g. PDF, QFX, etc

How to Opt-out of your Paper Statement

To update your statement preference:

  1. Log-on to Online Banking
  2. Choose Statement Preference from the left-hand Shortcuts menu 
  3. Receive Paper Statement?  Choose No and you will only receive an E-Statement

Your new statement preference will take effect within 60 days.

Enroll in Online Banking

If you don't yet have access to online banking, the process is quick and easy and you can now do it online instead of visiting your branch.  For security reasons you will be required to verify your identity before being able to sign-up. Access to Online Banking is free and offers you many convenient features to complete your day to day banking needs, click here to learn more.
