Your MEMBER CARD® with Interac Flash®

How to activate replacement debit cards

Your new 19-digit debit card will still contain your existing PIN.

All you’ll have to do to activate your new debit card, and it's as easy as 1-2-3:

  1. Use it, and enter your existing PIN on one ATM or point-of-sale transaction. Once this is done, your card is activated!
  2. After you’ve activated your new card, you’ll need to use the new card number to login to online and/or mobile banking. If you use our memorized accounts feature, please remove your old card and add your new card number.
  3. Now that your new card is set up, please destroy your old debit card.

If you have any questions, please call our Member Service Centre at 1-855-220-2580.

We’ll be replacing all Interior Savings MEMBER CARD® debit cards with Interac Flash-enabled cards throughout 2015-2016.

Any point-of-sale terminals that accept Interac Flash will have the symbol displayed below on or around the point-of-sale terminal. If you’re unsure, just ask the business if they accept Interac Flash. You can also see a list of merchants who accept Interac Flash by clicking here.
