Is Your Credit Card Information Up To Date?

Earlier this year, we changed credit card suppliers from CUETS to Collabria Financial.  Since then, if you made a purchase with your old CUETS card number, or a payment to the credit card, then these transactions were automatically transferred to your new Collabria credit card.

In early January, any CUETS credit card payments and transactions will no longer transfer between the two cards. This means these transactions will stop and/or decline.

Here's What You Need To Do:

  1. Update your credit card payment information – please check what credit card number you have set up in online/mobile banking to pay.  It should be your Collabria credit card.  If it’s not, please remove your old CUETS card number and add your Collabria credit card number.
  2. Please review the credit card number you have on file for any online merchants, subscriptions and other businesses that use your credit card for pre-authorized and online purchases.  It should be your Collabria credit card that they use.  If it’s not, please remove your old CUETS card number and add your Collabria credit card number.
The most common merchants that need to be updated are shown below.  This is not an exhaustive list so we ask that you please check your credit card information for purchases with online merchants, subscriptions and other businesses to ensure your credit card information on file is your current Collabria credit card.
