Advisory Services Assistant - Kelowna Expand/Collapse

The Licensed Wealth Advisory Services Assistant supports Interior Savings’ vision of sales & service excellence by providing quality administrative, sales and member relationship support to Wealth Advisory Services.

With excellent marketing/sales and service abilities you support marketing initiatives; organize in-office and off-site events and seminars. You also act as a liaison with third party compliance and client care staff.

You support the development and administration of the CRM program and Branch Referral process while ensuring the information reported to branches is timely and accurate. You create and manage client files by completing relevant documentation, record member requests and correspondence, follow up on paramedical requirements, ensure deadlines are being met and ordering supplies if required. Through your ability to complete all tasks with a high degree of accuracy you will achieve or exceed credit sales goals and targets and contribute to continued success within the assigned territory. You will monitor trends and developments in the local real estate market as well as changing rules and regulations pertaining to government-insured mortgages while maintaining a strong understanding of local competitive offerings.

Your proven sales track record and strong negotiation skills will assist you in promoting and selling credit insurance products. You will also promote full banking capability, including retail banking and investment products, financial planning and seek opportunities for commercial services while generating opportunities for cross selling and referrals to the appropriate credit union experts.

With strong time management and organizational skills which demonstrate ability to multi-task and work under pressure you will meet with clients at times and locations that are convenient for them and determine the most appropriate mortgage and credit insurance solutions based on their present and anticipated future needs. Your proven ability to make recommendations while balancing the needs of the client with those of the organization will help you promote other products and services offered at the Interior Savings as opportunities arise.
